God has been speaking to me recently about the NUMBER NINE. There are 9 Fruits of the Holy Spirit and 9 gifts of the Holy Spirit. A woman is pregnant for 9 months before she is able to give birth. There are 9 Beatitudes found in Matthew 5:3-11. The 9th Commandment says, “Do not bear false witness against a neighbor.” This includes gossip and slander; or even negative self-talk, since we are called to love our neighbor as we love ourself. Christ died at the 9th hour (a death must occur before something can be resurrected or even restored). The 9th hour is the hour of prayer. The 9th hour is also the first miracle of the Apostles found in Act 3:1. This miracle resulted in 5,000 souls being saved - It was the beginning of a new move of God!
Change, transition, and transformation is rapidly occurring in the Body of Christ. God is doing something completely brand-new! In this new season, we must yield to the Holy Spirit. The manifestation of the 9 Fruits of the Holy Spirit within our own minds and hearts, is the self-evidence of the inner workings of God upon our lives. These Fruits upon the Body of Christ will activate the powerful demonstrations of a Mighty God! Then REVIVAL will fall upon the nations!
The Beatitudes are the KEYS that will UNLOCK the Fruits of the Spirit. The Fruits of the Spirit are the KEYS that will UNLOCK the gifts of the Spirit. The gifts of the Spirit or the KEYS that will UNLEASH the largest REVIVAL this world has ever seen!
9 Beatitudes - Blessed are those who...humbly recognize their need for God; mourn and repent over their sins; submit to God; passionately long for Christ; show mercy through forgiveness, kindnesses, and compassion; allow God to purify them from the inside out; have been reconciled to God through Jesus Christ-the peace of the Gospel follows them wherever they go; openly live for Christ and are willing to suffer persecution; who stand firm until the end. KEY: Yield to the Holy Spirit
9 Fruits - love, joy, peace, long-suffering, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, self-control. KEY: When the Holy Spirit is in control- these Fruits will flow. When we allow our flesh to overtake us, we will reap the opposite of the 9 fruits.
9 Gifts - wisdom, knowledge, faith, healing, miracles, prophecy, discerning spirits, tongues, interpretation of tongues.
